This site has often referred to the Biodigester as the “Biodisaster” and now that a wealth of answers hidden by the old Council have been brought to light by our new Council, this project is living up to the nickname.
While this past weekend provided our new Council an opportunity to learn the ins and outs of municipal governance in training sessions, there was an immediate item of business which was in open session on Sunday… the Hydro Boards.
In this installment, which we hope might be the last, of the “Hydro Files” we will take a look at the Ontario Ombudsman’s investigations in Grimsby, not once but twice, into some “secret meetings” involving hydro matters held by the Town and the secret hydro empire it controls.
