Another great turnout by local residents resulted in a full Council Chamber for the GO Train Station Secondary Plan final report.

It definitely feels like an election is in the air as some interesting momentum followed the two delegations that presented at Council on November 20. We’ve captured below the local transit discussion as well as the Metrolinx Grimsby GO Public Information Centre held on November 21.

Although it’s the weekend… it’s cold out, so no better time than ever to dig into the agenda for Monday’s Council Meeting. A few interesting items, so without further ado, lets take a run through it.
The Region is hosting a drop-in, poster board public meeting at Town Hall tonight, October 23 from 5:30 – 7:30 pm to answer questions on the draft Secondary Plan and proposed development around the Casablanca GO station.
