We just wanted to post a quick reminder of the OMB Pre-Hearing on LJM’s Waterview Condominiums Phase II. The Pre-Hearing will commence tomorrow (Wednesday July 5th, 2017) at Grimsby Town Hall (Council Chambers) at 10:00 AM.
The pre-hearing is open to the public and all are welcome. If you wish to make a written or oral statement before the Board as a “participant” at the full hearing on this matter (expected mid-to-late 2017), you must attend the pre-hearing and indicate to the Board your desire to be granted participant status.
