This weeks Planning & Development Committee will be another very important meeting as the agenda will feature the revised GO Train Station Secondary Plan. The final draft of the GO Train Station Secondary Plan will be presented and the public will have one last opportunity to raise any questions or concerns before it goes to Council for approval.
This plan will define growth and intensification for the Casablanca and neighbouring areas over the next 20 years. Take time to read the plan and see how it will impact you.
If you care about what is happening in and what will happen to Grimsby, Town Hall will be the place to be on Tuesday night.
February 12 – Administration and Finance Committee
On another note, there will be a Admin & Finance meeting on Monday (February 12th). A number of preliminary budget proposals are being put forward for inclusion in upcoming budget deliberations. The meeting starts at 3:30 pm if you are interested in attending.
