Phelps was taken by surprise that the Planning Committee wasn’t happy with the development’s interior street dead-ends that won’t accommodate regional waste pickup.
After six years of discussions, why was it only at a public meeting that the Planning department made such recommendations and effectively sent the developer back to the drawing board?

Two new Grimsby developments are having “open house” meetings on zoning as part of the Planning & Development Committee meeting tomorrow night.

Winston Road from Oakes to east of Joseph St. Temporary closure starting March 6 to prepare the infrastructure for the Azure West subdivision.
The development is designated low density and approved for 17 detached homes and 76 townhomes.

There will be a special presentation to Town Council on the draft Consolidated Budget on Monday, February 27 at 5:00 pm at Town Hall.
