The stage is set for final night of the Grimsby Votes Debates Series, with candidates from Wards 1, 2 and 4 taking questions on the issues facing the community and the questions that matter to voters.
Tonight’s debate happens as the Grimsby Legion, 233 Elizabeth Street (map link). Doors open at 6:30 PM, with the debate beginning at 7 PM in the lower level meeting space.
The event is free and open to the public, and organizers welcome anyone who would like to bring a food donation for GBF Community Services.
You may also want to arrive early to get your preferred seat as the past two events have been well attended and tonight’s debate will attract voters from 3 wards. It may be standing room only.
As with the previous two debates, tonight’s event will be moderated by Anthony Scandinavo, a public-sector finance executive and Grimsby resident.
