NOTICE: Fifth Wheel/Losani Planning Public Meeting – January 28, 2020

The proposed development by Losani Homes at the former Fifth Wheel lands will go before a statutory public meeting on January 28, 2020 at 6PM @ Town Hall.

The proposal up for public scrutiny has had some minor changes since the “Open House” event in February of 2019. You can review the changes including new parking calculations at the Town’s Planning Application’s webpage located here.

Members of the public are encouraged to attend and voice their opinions of the proposal. Below is the Town’s Notice of Public Meeting for your perusal.
