The stage is set for tonight’s live Ward 3 Councillor debate, your only opportunity to see the candidates in that Ward go head-to-head on the issues facing our community and the questions that matter to voters.
Tonight’s Ward 3 Debate happens as the Grimsby Legion, 233 Elizabeth Street (map link). Doors open at 6:30 PM, with the debate beginning at 7 PM in the lower level meeting space.
The event is free and open to the public, and organizers welcome anyone who would like to bring a food donation for GBF Community Services. You may also want to arrive early to get your preferred seat with 6 out 8 of the Ward 3 candidates participating.
Ward 1,2, and 4 candidates take the stage Thursday. That debate will similarly take place at the Legion, with doors opening at 6:30 PM and the event beginning at 7 PM.
The debates will be moderated by Anthony Scandinavo, a public-sector finance executive and Grimsby resident.
