Just a friendly reminder that there are two public Open Houses happening on Tuesday March 20th :

  1. 4 Windward Drive (Casablanca Inn) – Zoning Amendment and Official Plan Amendment
  2. Section 37 Planning Act – Height and Density Bonusing – Zoning Amendment and Official Plan Amendment

Just when you thought the buildings in Grimsby couldn’t get any higher, 4 Windward Drive is being proposed at 22 and 19 storeys.

On Monday, the Admin & Finance Committee will discuss the 2016 audited financial statements and a number of reports.
