Unlike the past two meetings where Council has seen a “lite” version of an Agenda, this Monday’s proceedings looks like it’s going to be a long night, given it’s 5:30 PM start. If variety is your thing, then this Agenda is just for you.

Continue readingLet’s try this again… we are just posting a reminder of the “open house” event for the proposed Losani development at the Fifth Wheel property. The meeting is scheduled for Tuesday (February 26) at 6 PM. All are welcome and encouraged to attend and provide input.
As promised, we would post the updated date for the Planning & Development Committee “Open House” event for the Losani/Fifth Wheel proposal. It has been rescheduled for February 26th @ 6PM (Note the early start time) at Town Hall.
As a public service, GCFRG will still post items that it deems of “significant public interest” and with that we are bringing you are a reminder of the Town’s “Open House” event for the proposed Losani development at the former “Fifth Wheel” site at Casablanca Boulevard & Winston Road.
If you are not on the Metrolinx mailing list for GO Train Niagara Expansion, then you probably missed their recent announcement that they are re-scheduling their public meetings.
Remember No More Than Four? Century Condos (6 Doran & 21-23 Main Street) is back for another kick at the Planning can this coming Tuesday (October 9th) with an open-microphone public meeting. After reading some of the reports on the project, it will be a very interesting meeting.

There was another great turnout for the Century Condos revised proposal (21, 23, 25 Main St. E. And 6 Doran Avenue) “open house” at the May 29thPlanning & Development Committee meeting.
The Town will be hosting a statutory public meeting at June 19th’s Planning & Development Committee meeting to discuss proposed changes to height/density bonusing in the Official Plan and Zoning By-Law.
